October 1, 2007: Coming in November, Champion Homes will begin construction on a fourteen unit condo complex in Mahomet on State Street. This exciting project is located in an established neighborhood with lots of mature trees. Schools & downtown are in walking distance. Wonderful location! Priced in the 130's, each unit will be 1,100 ft², have a one-car garage, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and deck. We also have exciting news for this month! Champion Homes will begin excavation on our first development at Jacob's Landing. Located on the corner of Kirby and Rising Road, it is the newest subdivision in southwest Champaign and offers a Champaign address with the Mahomet School district. Jacob's Landing will hold 180 homes with lot prices ranging from 60's to 90's. Information on the subdivision, lots, and covenants will be available October 22, 2007.
